In the initial sessions the following topics will be focused on followed by audience discussions, practice of Taiji, Mindfulness & Meditation, or we can even try some Martial Arts Movements & Traditional Chinese Dance movements (Research conducted by Harvard University proved that dancing is the best exercise for our brain).

The workshops aim to
- contribute to the prevention of mental health issues as a result of exposure to various stressors.
- act as lubricants for one experiencing life adversities, including work related stress, to dilute the intensity and frequency of stressors, thus to minimise their harmful impactson one's well-being.
